Sales & Order Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Harvest Clean Food prepares every order fresh on cooking day, to order. Because meals are prepared specifically for you and cannot be resold, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind cancellations.

Please review your order carefully before placing it. If you have questions about a meal’s macros, allergens, or portion size, contact us before ordering at [email protected].

2. Delivery Issues Caused by Us

If your order is not delivered due to an error on our part — for example, our driver failed to attempt delivery or the order was lost in transit — we will arrange a free rescheduled delivery or issue account credit. This is assessed case by case and is not a cash refund.

To report a non-delivery, contact us within the same day at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description.

3. Serious Quality Issues

If a meal arrives visibly spoiled, damaged, or is the wrong item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the meal, packaging, and delivery label
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review and respond within 1 business day. Remedies are at our discretion and may include account credit or a replacement meal on your next delivery. We do not issue cash refunds for quality complaints.

Reports made more than 24 hours after delivery cannot be processed.

4. Allergen Responsibility

Full ingredient lists and allergen flags are published on every meal page. It is your responsibility to verify allergen information before ordering. If you have a life-threatening allergy, please contact us directly before placing an order.

In the event of an undisclosed ingredient change caused by a supplier substitution, please report it within 48 hours. We will investigate and apply a remedy at our discretion.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of severe weather, flooding, government-mandated road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control, we may be unable to fulfil a delivery. We will notify you as promptly as possible. In such cases, account credit for the affected order may be issued at our discretion. We are not liable for consequential losses arising from force majeure non-delivery.
