We Cook Fresh

Our kitchen team preps your meals fresh on cooking day. Small batches only: nothing pre-made, nothing sitting in a blast chiller for three days. Real ingredients, real technique.

Every container is sealed and labelled with meal name, macros (Protein · Carbs · Fat · Calories), full ingredient list, allergen flags, and use-by date. The macro label is weighed, not estimated.

Step 3 · Insulated packaging · ice packs · 6-day fridge life

Cold-Chain Delivery

Your box ships in insulated packaging with ice packs. When it arrives, internal temperature is the same as when it left our kitchen. 6-day fridge life from delivery date — tested, not estimated.

Bangkok (Monday morning, by 1pm): Sukhumvit, Silom, Sathorn, Thonglor, Ekkamai, and surrounding areas. Pattaya (Monday morning, by 3pm): Pattaya, Jomtien, Naklua. Order cutoff: Sunday 8 PM for the following Monday delivery.

Common Questions

What if I miss a delivery?

If our driver can't reach you, meals are left in a safe place you specify at checkout (lobby, building reception, doorstep with ice). If left outside, ice packs keep meals cold for up to 4 hours. Driver photo-confirms every drop.

Can I order again next week?

Yes — simply browse the menu and place a new order when you're ready. There is no automatic recurring charge; every order is placed explicitly. A new menu is published each week.

Are the meals frozen?

No. All meals are delivered fresh and chilled, never frozen. Cold-chain insulated packaging keeps them at safe temperature from our kitchen to your door. Fridge life is 6 days from delivery date. We do not offer frozen meals.

How accurate are the macro labels?

Every recipe is weighed and calculated by our kitchen team. We don't estimate — we weigh.

What areas do you deliver to?

Can I mix meals from different goals in one box?

Yes. You can order Cut meals, Bulk meals, and Maintain meals in the same box. Your goal filter is a starting point, not a restriction. Many athletes mix goals — for example, Cut meals on rest days and Performance meals on training days.
